It is recommended to store in areas of low relative humidity (best under 60% RH) and at relatively cool temperatures, preferably between 20-24°C or 68-75°F.

It can be used as a decorative chocolate on cakes and desserts.

It can be used as a topping or garnish for beverages.

For bakery applications, it can add texture and chocolate flavor by mixing the chocolate chips into cake batters and bread dough, or by topping over brownies and cookies.
