Application Dosage

PRODUCT APPLICATION DOSAGE

For soft and fluffy frostings:
1 kilogram Whippit + 500 grams cold liquid
For thick and pipeable frosting for detailed borders and decorations:
1 kilogram Whippit + 300 grams cold liquid
For stiff and thick frosting, piped flowers, intricate decoration:
1 kilogram Whippit + 250 grams cold liquid
For fondant application:
150 grams Whippit + 500 grams powdered sugar + 100 grams glucose syrup + 5 grams tylose powder
