Storage Condition

Store in a cool (25°C maximum) dry place, sheltered from sunlight and away from odoriferous materials.

Once opened, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator at a maximum temperature of 5°C to preserve its best quality.

Application Dosage

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Bakersfield Fudge-It can be used as frosting, filling, and topping for the following products:
Cakes
Desserts
Bread
Pastries

It can also be used as a bread filling to have a stable filling:
For every 100 grams of Fudge-It, add 10 grams of All Purpose Flour or Bakersfield Eezy Mix Cremidor. Mix together until well combined. Use as filling in a dough before baking.

It can be used as a glaze for cakes and desserts:
To achieve a thinner and pourable consistency, heat Bakersfield Fudge-It in a microwave or using a double boiler method.

It can be used as a dip for other snacks such as the following:
Fruits (e.g. Strawberries, Bananas)
Rice Cakes (e.g. Kutsinta, Suman)
Crackers (e.g. Saltines, Breadsticks, Pretzels)
Confectioneries (e.g. Marshmallow)
It can be used to flavor beverages and other confections (e.g. cream, mousse).
